Kyle Huber, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist on the team of providers at Diabetic Foot and Wound Center. He offers high-quality care for patients at the clinic’s state-of-the-art facilities in Bakersfield, California.
Dr. Huber graduated with the highest honors and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado. He then returned to the University of Colorado for a Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating magna cum laude. After completing his undergraduate education, Dr. Huber went to the College of Podiatric Medicine at Kent State University in Independence, Ohio, earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Huber continued his training at regional University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio, with a residency in podiatric medicine and surgery and a fellowship in infectious disease, wound care, and limb salvage. He also completed a mini-fellowship in dermatopathology at Bako Diagnostics in Alpharetta, Georgia.
With board-certification in podiatric medicine from the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Huber brings a high level of expertise to his work at Diabetic Foot and Wound Center. He’s also certified in basic life support and advanced cardiac life support and holds an additional certification as an EMT.
Dr. Huber is passionate about giving back to the community and regularly volunteers his time to give vascular screenings. He looks forward to working with patients at Diabetic Foot and Wound Center.
